Agi is very genuine in everything she does and says and will go out of her way to help in any situation. Nothing is too hard and you never feel as though you are taking up her time on the phone. We were shown the property very promptly and our application was accepted just as quick. The property was clean and tidy and affordable for the area. The few teething issues we have had with some plumbing were sorted by the tradesman in an efficient and effective manner. The staff at your agency have been of great assistance and have made my wife and I very welcome in our new home. I would give a rating of five and hope our relationship can continue in this fashion for the entirety of our lease.

Very fair, honest and transparent
We rented a property through Now Leasing NT and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Most professional real estate company I found in Darwin. Very fair, honest and transparent. Conducted consisted inspections with the property and straight away fixed any issues. Fair during our vacate, unlike other real estate companies who ‘invent’ a fault to get your bond. As tenants, we were very happy and I’m sure the owners have been happy with Now Leasing NT’s property management. Thanks again, and will definitely use their services if we obtain an investment property.

Now Leasing NT has proved to be an investment!
I have used NOW Leasing NT for a few years.
Being interstate I require a high level of support and Real Agents that are capable, professional and understand the Darwin housing market.
Jo is very helpful, capable and is a great medium between the tenant and owner. She provides fair advice to both parties and help both parties navigate the legislative framework that is tenancy.
Using Now Leasing NT has proved to be an investment rather than a cost

"Unbelievable"
After four months of advertising the unit with another agent, no luck and lack of communication, I decided to go elsewhere. I was referred to Jo from “Now Leasing NT” from a friend who spoke very highly about the agency and told me they were the best. Within 24 hours the property was re advertised and I had two official offers with an enormous amount of other interest for it. I never dropped the price further.
As a developer I have worked with many real estate agencies in both Victoria and Darwin and have to admit that the efficiency, speed, professionalism and pride that Jo showed me was of the highest quality I have seen. The understanding was unbelievable it’s as if the house belonged to the agency

"What an amazing company!"
What an amazing company! Within a day of my signing the management agreement, the photographer arrived to take (very professional) photos. The agent wrote an advertisement with all the best aspects of my property highlighted and in less than a week a rental agreement was signed – by the first potential tenants who inspected it!
